Soryn reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes may take effect immediately and without prior notice. Continued use of Soryn after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License Grant

Soryn grants you a limited, personal, revocable license to use its software and services for individual use only.

This license may not be transferred, shared, sold, or sublicensed.

2.1 Purchases & Refunds

All purchases made directly through Soryn staff are final and non-refundable.

If access was obtained through a third-party reseller, any refund inquiries must be handled with that reseller. Soryn is not responsible for third-party transactions.

3. Restricted Use

By using Soryn, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following:

Account Sharing or Redistribution
Sharing, selling, renting, or otherwise providing access to your Soryn account or license to another individual—whether free or paid—is strictly prohibited.

Tampering or Reverse Engineering
Attempting to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with Soryn or its components is prohibited.

4. No Guarantees

Soryn is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding performance, availability, or uninterrupted operation, and disclaim all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Suspension or Termination

Soryn reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access or licenses at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access is deemed detrimental to the service or its operation.
